FinAI – Global Finance & Accounting Practices

The FinAI Program, offered in collaboration with ACCA (UK), and IFSPD Europe, is a specialized pathway designed for finance and accounting professionals aiming to integrate artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and data analytics into financial management, audit, and strategy.

The curriculum is structured around three progressive competency levels—Applied Knowledge, Applied Skills, and Strategic Professional—corresponding to increasing technical and strategic mastery. Participants begin with the fundamentals of data analytics and visualization, progress into predictive modelling and AI-driven forecasting, and culminate with strategic applications of explainable AI (XAI) in audit and financial decision-making

Each stage builds practical capabilities through real-world financial datasets, case simulations, and industry-aligned projects.

Learning is conducted through a hybrid model combining instructor-led workshops, interactive e-labs, self-paced tutorials, and project mentorship. Participants work hands-on with Excel, Power BI, and low-code AI platforms (e.g., AutoML, NLP tools), gradually advancing toward data-driven decision frameworks for CFOs and finance leaders. Internship Opportunity

Participants will undergo a 4-month Global Research Internship Program (GRIP) integrated with the Pathway to Life – Industry Readiness Program, certified by IFSPD Europe, providing exposure to applied financial analytics and CXO mentorship

Selection Criteria

Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, economics, or business administration—or an equivalent professional qualification. Admission is merit-based and considers prior academic record, professional experience, and demonstrated interest in analytics and technology-enabled finance.

Delivery Methodology

The FinAI Program adopts a blended delivery model, combining:

• Instructor-led virtual classes and lab sessions
• Online tutorials and guided projects
• Case-based learning and simulation exercises
• Peer collaboration, portfolio development, and one-on-one mentorship

Each participant develops a professional portfolio comprising dashboards, model reports, and executive analytics summaries aligned with ACCA global competencies.
