Over the past five years, from our inception in 2021 to our ambitious vision for 2025, the International Institute of Medical Science & Technology Council (IIMSTC) has embarked on a remarkable journey. Our mission has been clear and unwavering: to bridge the profound gap between academic learning and the dynamic needs of the global industry. We have witnessed firsthand how this gap leaves a vast pool of talented Indian graduates unemployed, and we have committed ourselves to changing this narrative.
The period from 2021 to 2025 has been one of pioneering spirit and transformative action. We launched Paramedtronics, a revolutionary field conceived to merge medical science with cuttingedge electronics, creating a new cadre of healthcare professionals ready for the future. Our collaboration with the Government of the Netherlands to place these skilled nurses is a testament to the global relevance of this program.
Simultaneously, our flagship “Diamond Beneath Your Feet” – The Edge International Internship Program, developed in proud partnership with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), has unearthed incredible talent from across India. By providing students with hands-on experience on international projects and mentorship from global CXOs, we have not just enhanced their skills but have opened doors to paid internships and global careers in countries like South Korea.

The International Institute of Medical Science & Technology Council (IIMSTC), widely known as AIIMS Technology Council, is a unique council of legendary medical practitioners, scientists, and technologists. Through pioneering programs like “Paramedtronics” — a new branch of medical science blending healthcare with medical electronics. “The EDGE – Diamond Beneath Your Feet” is an International Internship Program launched by IIMSTC bridges the gap between academic knowledge and practical industry skills. Our platform offers highly realistic, hands-on interactions in an immersive training environment using cutting- edge technologies like VR/AR. Mr. Anil Sharma facilitated the India–Mozambique pact, enabling senior doctors and nurses from Mozambique to undergo four-month Paramedtronics training in India.

Campus
Spread across 2 acres, our campus features a serene garden and residential accommodation for up to 500 people. The learning environment includes 20 fully equipped training rooms, three auditoriums seating between 200 and 500 participants, and ample space for academic and cultural events
Facilities
Amenities include a canteen for 100 guests, an officers’ canteen for 25, and a library housing over 5,000 books with a dedicated reading room for both students and the public. Modern infrastructure ensures comfort, accessibility, and an inspiring atmosphere for learning.

Paramedtronics is a revolutionary field that integrates medical science with electronics, AI, and AR/VR technologies. This program was created to address the global shortage of skilled healthcare workers by upskilling qualified nurses and other medical professionals into a new cadre of allied health workers. The curriculum, dedicated to the world by the Hon’ble Governor of Karnataka, covers subjects like modern medicine, medical electronics, AI, medical coding, and patient psycshology. Through hands-on training in our state-of-the-art VR labs and partnerships with leading hospitals, we prepare our graduates for highend employability worldwide, with a significant placement focus in the Netherlands through our MOU with Stichting Maithri and the Municipality of The Hague.
IIMSTC has pioneered an integrative Neurotherapy program that combines neuroscience, psychology, nutrition, and lifestyle interventions to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Initiated in 2022 under the leadership of Dr. Sreedhar Saraswathy, this approach goes beyond symptom management to focus on rewiring neural pathways, enhancing emotional regulation, and improving social adaptability, offering a holistic model of care that nurtures neurodivergent potential.
IIMSTC’s Inclusive Technical Education Program empowers differently abled candidates, including those with autism and cerebral palsy, by combining structured technical training with therapeutic support. Over 1,000 candidates have been trained with a 25% employability rate through courses in computer literacy, data entry, graphic design, electronics assembly, and vocational skills. With adaptations such as assistive technologies and ergonomic tools, the program helps individuals transition into IT, design, and administrative roles, fostering independence, dignity, and long-term inclusion.

Digital Curriculum
The program focuses on the digital transformation of healthcare, with a curriculum comprising 35% medical knowledge, 35% Bio-Medical Electronics, and 20% Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Obligatory modules include communicative English, AI/Machine Learning, Bio-Medical Electronics, Medical Law & ethics, and Psychology.
Practical Learning
Candidates are exposed to virtual labs for experiential learning in Para-Medical Training Modules and on bio-medical electronic equipment. It is mandatory for students to attend the virtual lab and its associated assessment programs to complete the course.
Eligibility
The minimum eligibility to enroll in the six-month certificate course is a 10+2 certificate with science subjects (PCMB). Upon successful completion, students are awarded a Level-3 Diploma with 40 credits. Most of the students in Certificate in Paramedtronics bring experience of working in hospitals.

The certificate program is endorsed by universities, the Indian Medical Association, and the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India, alongside industry partners and hospitals. These collaborations not only validate the program but also create strong linkages to practical training and employment opportunities.
Paramedtronics was conceived as a pioneering field at the intersection of healthcare and electronics, aiming to integrate cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Bio-Medical Electronics into patient care and medical education.

Diploma in Paramedtronics is a one-year Level-4 program designed to advance knowledge in digital healthcare, biomedical electronics, and medical coding. I have been part of the EDGE internship for 4 months now, and from the day 1 onwards the internship follows the AICTE guidelines and the performance of each candidate is under the strict supervision of the Council. The first month of the project is training on the project and from 2nd month to 4th month onwards we were working with industry mentor to solve the Data science project given to us. The internship has helped me gain experience and get placement abroad.

IIMSTC’s medical research team, led by Dr. Sreedhar Saraswathy, launched an innovative Neurotherapy model for treating Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
