IFSPD Europe is an internationally recognized foundation dedicated to promoting sustainable peace and development. With over 60 member nations, IFSPD Europe enjoys a special consulting partnership with the United Nations and leads flagship initiatives such as the Global Sustainability Council (Glosco). Its work focuses on advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through capacity-building programs, proprietary methodologies, and impactful case studies.

Shri. Sangeeth Varghese
President, IFSPD EUROPE
Sangeeth Varghese is the president of IFSPD Europe, a special consultant of United Nations. He is the ambassador of Harvard University and London School of Economics.
He serves as a personal advisor to three world leaders (Prime ministers) on leadership and youth development issues. Varghese has provided consulting services to UNO, World Bank, ADB, and Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Intel, Unilever, and Coca Cola.
He was recognized as a Young Global Leader in 2010 by the World Economic Forum. Varghese is the author of the bestselling books ‘Open Source Leader’ and ‘Decide to Lead’ are among few. He was appointed as the first Asian Youth Ambassador by the government of Libya.
Additionally, he is a member of the Karnataka Knowledge Commission and serves as the Chair of the data secretariat. He has contributed as an editor for Forbes and Economic Times. Before his current roles, Varghese worked as a Principal Consultant for the UNO in London. Varghese pursued leadership research at Harvard and the London School of Economics on scholarships with gold medals.
